Free teardown
It's free — nothing to refund. Yours to keep.
Audits
A 50% deposit starts the work. Before we begin, it's fully refundable. Once we begin (usually within a couple of days), the deposit is non-refundable because the work is underway. After delivery, audits are non-refundable — but we back them with an accuracy guarantee: if any finding is factually wrong, we'll correct it at no charge.
Monitoring retainers
Cancel anytime — through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; the current month isn't refunded (monitoring + work is already running), and you won't be billed again. No long-term contract, no cancellation fee.
How to cancel
Retainer clients: use the customer portal link in your billing emails, or email hello@clearcited.com. We'll deliver any in-progress work and export your data.
Billing issues
Failed card? Stripe will retry and email you to update it in the portal. Questions about a charge? Email us — we'll sort it quickly.
